Eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are unused, in new condition, and returned with the original packaging and materials.

Returns and exchanges are reviewed based on the condition of the item and the reason for the return.
Items that have been used, worn, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Custom items, special order items, clearance items, and final sale items may not qualify for a full refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable. If free shipping was provided on the original order, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
The Swim Advantage may apply a restocking fee to certain returns, including special order items, high-dollar items, or items returned outside normal return conditions.

We recommend using an insured shipping method with tracking. The Swim Advantage is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages once they are in transit.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
