American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Course

  • May 8:  4:30 pm to 9:30 pm
  • May 9: 8 am to 7 pm
  • May 10: 8 am to 7 pm

Take the next step in your aquatic career by enrolling in our Water Safety Instructor (WSI) course! This comprehensive certification program, developed by the American Red Cross, prepares participants to teach swim lessons, promote water safety, and lead classes for all ages and skill levels.

Throughout the course, participants will learn how to plan and deliver effective swim lessons, assess participant progress, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment. This course combines both classroom instruction and in-water training.

Prerequisites:

  • Must be at least 16 years old
